Summer 2011 has been the 2nd "hottest" summer on record.
62 days of triple digit heat.
Drought and fires.
Today was the kick off for Christmas card photo shoots.
Rain, rain, rain.
Although I was bummed to reschedule two sessions,
I must say the sound and smell of rain is a glorious thing!
Dark skies and fresh smells, oh how you've been missed!
With my husband studying for finals,
a 3-day weekend, the sound of rain,
and a holiday soon approaching,
the cookie crave set in.
Mmmmm!
