Mercier Family

Seven months ago,

I met these boys.

They have opened their home to me,

and I get to spend each and every day

waking them up, going through homework,

doing chores, and laughing at many inside jokes!

David got home today before the sun went down, so we ran out 

to snap a few Christmas card pictures just before a basketball game!

And yes, Coop lost his tooth just hours before!

** PAUSE MUSIC AT BOTTOM OF PAGE PRIOR TO VIDEO**

I knew who had come for the photo shoot when these three rascals came bounding out of the car, and immediately ran in three different directions dressed in their matching Christmas outfits! Then we spent our 15 minute photoshoot running and running and running, with a few family photos here and there. 

I couldn't help but share this video...a perfect way to sum up our shoot.

But I must say, they were the most energetic family yet!

(Yet I did need a nap immediately following...)

Family Fun With Five Minute Photos

Just as the sun went down,

Mom wanted pictures of the kids.

So it was out to the driveway for a quick

Five Minute Fun Photo Shoot!

My brother and his girlfriend, Sunny, are stinkin' adorable!

By the time Five Minutes of Fun had passed,

the wind blew us back inside to the heated stove!

Yesterday was windy, but today nearly blew us away!

But we were sure to find places with large windbreaks...
